RIMAYS Invoice stores the data needed to run your workspace, generate documents, process payments, and maintain a secure audit trail.
Data Stored
Account, company, customer, catalogue, document, payment, email delivery, notification, and audit records are stored for platform operation.
Files
Company logos, generated PDFs, and backups are stored outside the public web root where possible.
SMTP delivery events are recorded so administrators can diagnose failed or delayed messages.
Payments
Payment confirmations and provider identifiers are stored. Full payment card details are handled by PayPal, not by this application.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookie flags, and sensitive administrator settings are restricted to platform administrators.
