RIMAYS Invoice is provided for lawful business document creation, delivery, and record keeping.

Users are responsible for accurate company, customer, tax, and payment details entered into the platform.

Generated documents should be reviewed before sending. RIMAYS Invoice is a document tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Free downloads and email attachments include RIMAYS Invoice branding and an application link.

The paid monthly subscription removes platform branding and unlocks Pro-only e-Invoice readiness tools while the subscription is active.

PayPal processes subscription payments. Access is activated after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Refund requests can be sent to billing@rimays.com and are reviewed against account activity, payment records, and applicable payment-provider rules.
